Well today is day 3 and I got up and did my workout 1st thing this morning.
So that I stay on track over the weekend it when I intend to do my strength exercises. I find it is very easy for me to get off track if I take the whole day off. And then give me 2 days in a row and then come Monday I got right back to where I was. So for now M-F will be my cardio days and S-S will be my strength days.
Today has been a long day here at work. And I have 2 1/2 hours to go yet. But tomorrow I work from 8:30 to 5:30 so I will have tomorrow night off and then Sunday. So I am really looking forward to that.
Did not get alot of snow here. Well I should say not for me anyway. LOL
All in all another good day.
