February Food Challenge - Week 1

We made it through week 1 - my hubby has lost 6 pounds! I have not lost any poundage, but I'm not really trying to lose.

    WOW - the recipes look good! Thank you for sharing these! Glad that this has been a rather easy transition for you two since you eat mostly plant based anyway.
