I am glad that I changed my goals. I have really been focusing on the exercise and have managed to work out four times this week. Three were even at the gym. Right now, I am focusing on cardio, but the gym I go to does offer some amount of training, which is included in the membership. I am going out of town for a workshop for my job week after next, so I am planning on signing up for the training when I get back.
