If I never stepped on a scale and had no magazine covers with bone thin women with beautiful skin and hair, I would say that I would need to feel comfortable with myself. Self esteem has always been an issue for me, and millions of other women. It isn't that feel I am not good enough, it is that I always feel that there is room for improvement. I would feel healthy if I could run and not feel winded after 2 minutes. I would feel good if could hike a mountain and not be sore the next few days. I would feel great if I aged gracefully and had no worries of disease. My family history unfortunately is not the best and there are many cancers and heart disease. I eat healthy and take care of myself, but stress is the worst thing that I deal with and don't handle it for long periods of time. No one should have to deal with stressful situations alone. I love spark people because it touches on this in several areas. There are groups that we can join and there are many articles related to the effects of stress on your body, physically and mentally. I like that spark people touches on those and ways we can take care of ourselves.
