Amazing garden at MOMA

Friday, February 08, 2013

I met with a Professor of Architecture on Thursday and she shared ideas from her students for a garden project that we are building together at a local recovery complex. The students had created three models and asked me to critique them before they went any further. Fascinating garden ideas come from people that do not garden! We discussed light requirements and expanded on their current ideas to make them more feasible.

The garden at the Modern Museum of Art sparked ideas for them and me. Here's a link to this incredible garden. Watch the video to get a better idea of what went into it.

I think I'll be getting another new "garden" this spring...

How interesting! You really have me thinking about gardening this year...if I ever manage to extract myself from this situation!

Very unusual garden at MOMA. It's great to see you so immersed in something you love so much.
