February Goals

Better late then never I say. I have been thinking about what goals I can set for this month and have come up with a few.

1. Do the "Spring into Shape Challenge" I want to work out every day of this month, and if some thing happens and I can't do that I will roll with it and start the next day. And if I can't do that I will start back up exercising when I can.

2. This month I want go out to eat less and cook more at home. One of the things I like out is a hamburger but this month I have bought the pre made patties to make my owen burgers.

3. I want to eat more salads and have bought my favorite Italian dressing to do this with. I will try to eat a salad every day this month.

That is three goals and I think that is enough for this short month. I think they are easy goals and I should be able to do them.
