My hubby & I are competing against one another again. This is a good thing, though. We are challenging each other to lose weight, one week at a time. We have done this in the past... no major weight losses but, at least, some weight was lost during that time period. Currently, we are both struggling with weight gain. This has to STOP!!
That is awesome. I wish I could get my hubby to do the same. Did you make a reward for who loses the most each week...like the other pay for dinner...or the winner gets .50 or 1.00 a pound. It makes it more challenging that way and more fun. You could even make it once a month for the reward. That way it is less expensive. Have fun and I am betting on you. 1201 days ago
I love that you are doing next is challenging each other to be more active together. my husband will go for walks with me when his hips don't hurt , but he won't go to the gym . I suggested passing the medicine ball to each other etc he will have none of it lol .and trying to lose weight he says forget it love me the way i am. you are lucky he is in on it with you makes it easier 1203 days ago
I hope this isn't a contest to see who looses more weight because those lucky men always lose weight more quickly than us women. Just be sure to give eachother a lot of support. Its definitely easier to go down this road when you have someone to do it with. My husband is joining me on this weight loss journey only he doesn't know it yet. I have been cooking so much healthier and have less snacks and sweets in the house so I guess he has no choice!! I know you can do it. Keep sparking.
