Chuck is improving! We were told that he will now be put on oral antibiotics and not needing the IV ones! The surgeon came in. His hernia will require major surgery and will not be same day! But, since he is not in any pain, and things seem to be OK, he felt we could wait a month! Yea--- looks like I will get to go on my trip.
Thank you for all the prayers and concern for us. Spark friends are the best!
