We had almost 8 inches of snow from the storm system that went through yesterday. Our weather was not nearly as bad as what the east coast will be getting, but it's more snow than we usually get in my area. My car was stuck when I tried to move it for the plow, but 3 neighbors that happened to be driving by at that time noticed that I was having trouble and stopped to help, and got me out.
I was tired out just from cleaning the snow off the car, but fortunately, I had another neighbor that shoveled my walkway out for me.
Around 1pm I started feeling very fatigued. I suspect my hemoglobin is probably dropping again. Even though I had this week off from chemo, the blood counts can still drop 10-14 days after a treatment. You would think the week I don't have chemo I would feel better, but that is not always the case; often, it's when my fatigue is the worst.
My best friend Rhonda came over a couple of days ago and helped me with some stuff on the new computer; she got my Kindle set up so I can download books from the computer again like I did on my old one. She also showed me an easy way to upload my pictures by inserting my camera's memory card into the computer; much easier than the way I use to do it, which was using the cable that came with the camera and using the Kodak software. She also showed me how to organize my photos into folders, so I have been spending a few minutes each day organizing all my photos. (I was able to save the photos that I had on my old computer because my hard drive was backed up with Carbonite.)
