Hi SP! I've had a tough 24 hours. Found that I am starting to get on the scale often... My first 8 days I had weighed only twice. But over the last three several times per day. Had only a small loss in that time frame of 3 days. Been following low carb diligently for 11 days now and am finding yesterday I'm thinking about carb filled foods and getting very sad I can not eat them.
I need to make it another 3.5 days without weighing. I need to do this for me. I need to follow through and not give in sending my DH to the corner store for some high carb snacks.
Yesterday when this set in and I'm thinking its all because I put too much stock in what that dumb scale says, I didn't work out the for the first time in 10 days. I'm hoping when I work out here in a minute I will at least have the motivation to make it one more day... One day at a time.
I so need to find a way to stay off that scale!
