I feel like I keep falling off, running to catch up, jumping back on, falling off again, rolling into the bushes, then trying to find the wagon again but all I get is dust clouds in my face.
So - I believe I will take a teeeeeeny tiny baby step and just work on consistency. Even if I don't log a whole day's worth of food, I will log at least ONE thing that I ate each day. Or water consumed. Or whatever I can.
I've been good about wearing my Fitbit. It syncs automatically, so as long as I'm diligent about keeping it charged, I'm good to go. I've also been pretty regular about using the new treadmill and going to do Curves workouts. I've also been better about going to bed earlier.
There, I've got some positive things going.
I can think of about a dozen other things that I need to work on, but I'm just going to pick that one that I think will make working on all of those others a lot easier....consistency.
My goal is to log into SparkCoach/Sparkpeople once a day for however many days I can. Even if it's just to spin that wheel.
