My trainer is seriously kicking my butt. He just sends me the program and I do it. So really I am kicking my own but I like to put the blame on him. hehehe
My 90 day challenge starts tomorrow and I am so excited to be doing this. Every Tuesday is "Try it Tuesday" and the classes vary, allowing me to try just about everything. I am so excited to be getting on with my goals and to be fully recovering from my accident.
Yesterday I jogged for a solid 50 minutes and almost cried when I was done, not from pain but from happiness. Well my knee acted up but I did it. I completed it. It is hard to believe that in a few months it will be a year from my accident. I will push through and come out stronger!
Did I make healthy food choices? Yes! After my little melt down I have been sticking with clean, organic eating.
Was I physically active? Jogging like a champ baby!
Did I feel/act motivated? Yes! I have the finish lines in my sight and I will not step backwards!
Did I stick to the program? Yup yup yuppers!
After my little mental set back the other day I have been thinking clearly and remaining focused on my goal. I can do this, even with little slips I will keep swimming!
