Feeling rather pleased with myself.
I've just done my workout despite not feeling motivated to earlier.
It was scheduled for today - my 2 year old hasn't had a nap all day and I was feeling pretty uninspired to move.
I just reminded myself that if I want to progress then I need to do something about it and took a look at my progress pictures again.
I got it done with her running around me and using my mat to do forwards rolls during my rest periods - she does like to do star jumps with me while I'm warming up and I love that she tries to do some of the other exercises with me. I'm proud that I'm becoming a more positive role model for her.
I feel really good about it now.
I've done what I needed to do today to help me move onwards with my losses.
