Still pushing that Snowball uphill

Weighed this morning, gained 1/2#...I had too much yesterday ... I find I really have to be right 'on the money at 1200 Cals. to really lose the weight...1500 I seem to maintain and the 1800 I gain even with exercise. Oh well, at least I am learning what my body is willing to do and not do. emoticon emoticon

    You are doing an amazing job figuring out what works for you and what doesn't work for you! Do you feel okay with the 1200 calories? I usually stick between 1200 and 1300 calories, and some days it seems fine, and other days I'm like, "This is NOT enough food!" And seriously, don't even worry about that 1/2 pound! So many things can cause a temporary little gain like that!! You'll be back down in no time!

    every day is a learning experience. no one can 'fine tune your program to fit your machine" better than you. don't get discouraged in your efforts emoticon
