Hey everyone! :D I'm not starting off with pictures today. Today is day five, and I've managed to work out every day (except yesterday because of sinuses and I helped mom in the garage) My arms are starting to feel more tone and I feel as if Im getting strong in my legs as well. My abdomen isn't feeling any changes yet. Today I had a bacon and egg sandwich and a glass of chocolate milk. I've been trying to drink more water lately but I tend to get tired of it quickly. Since I'm no longer feeling the effects of depression ike I did when Shawn broke up with me, my mouth doesn't get so dry and I'm not feeling as dehydrated as I was.
I am starting to feel better, albeit tired still. I'm still motivated and I'm trying hard to keep it up. I've been trying to read other memebers blogs and comment and try to be encouraging and motivational. I've also been trying hard to keep up with a group on here about the paranormal. I have other teams I should keep up with but I figured one small step at a time right now so I don't get so overwhelmed.
I didn't do cardio today. I did pushups, leg lifts and squats but I must have done something too fast because it sure felt like I did cardio. I'm not complaining about it, I need the cardio. I also need to build muscle to help with weight loss. Im thinking monday (Day 8) I'll weigh myself to see where I'm at with that and hopefully by then my shirt will be looser on me and things will start to match up.
