So I had a pretty good day yesterday. I really need to run by the store today. Im running low on fruits and veggies.. Plus a few other healthy food staples... This caused me to be a bit under my calories yesterday... It seems the healthier you eat, the more you have to eat. Quite the conundrum if you ask me.. LOL

Anywho, I took a peek at the scale this morning. It said 141.8! That's almost a pound since Monday. I'm making my actual weigh-in day Monday. I think this will help keep me more accountable on the weekends. I'm hoping it will be whole pound by then... We shall see and I will let you all know...

Have a great weekend sparkers. I have a pretty busy weekend ahead so I don't know if I will be on here much. I hope to have some good news to report on Monday though..
