So, everything is going great, I haven't been able to get to curves six days a week, but i'm getting there. I totally love this smart card. I mean I really didn't want to do a workout the other day. But I used my smartcard anyway. I burned 335 cals so I was very pleased. Oh Oh also, I am happy to say, that I made second on the biggest loser board for Jan. With a wooping 6 inches and 2 lbs lost. I thought it was 5 inches but I was so elated to see that it was more. GO ME... Slow and steady but i'm pushing.
I am so looking forward to being 197 monday. I really hope I reach this goal. And another thing, I've been trying to eat in my range and i've actually been zig zagging but not on purpose. Can anyone tell me why I'm still hungry during the day?
