So happy it's Friday!
I'm down 11 pounds so far since the beginning of the year. It can definitely be better... I need to kick it up a notch. I think I start making my work-outs longer and more intense.
Last night I splurged a *little* at PF Changs' Happy Hour. Potstickers and 2 cocktails... it could have been worse, but it was still cheating for me.
My goal for the weekend: stay on track & NO splurging!!
