Ok, I am geting psyched up for the Weekend weigh-in. It's been more than 10 days but I am feeling good so I can face the scale tomorrow morning. This week I am proud:
1. Kicked the coffee and creamer successfully this week
2. Resisted the urge twice in the store to buy crap--i.e. sugar things or a box that I would consume completely
3. Pushed the stairs several days
