Winter Feel-Good Project

Friday, February 08, 2013

Bits and pieces of my Groovyghan have been stuffed in a bag for over a year,
but I decided to use a bit of that persistence and self-discipline Sparkpeople has taught me to use these rainy days to finish something to cheer myself up. So I finally sewed it together and added the border:

This pattern was created by a sweet thing named Tracy St. John, who posted it as a free download on Ravelry, and I think it has been done by more crocheters than anything since Martha Stewart's Coming Home Poncho. If you knit and crochet and are not a member of Ravelry--you should be! You'll find loads of free patterns and really great friends.
