Day 1 Feb 7th 2013
I learned a lot about where the calories are coming from by using the food tracker. Wow what an eye opener. I found out about this website from my husband. He found out from a co-worker. I am a little concerned about why my husband is doing this (such as; is there some health problem he has that he is not telling me about). I wonder if he is doing it so I will (because I really need it). But what ever the reason/s is/are, I am glad I did it. I look forward to learning more and more.
Well, I worked out yesterday at the gym. We both joined the gym at our local civic center. It is nice but could have more things like swimming. That is my favorite way to exercise! I am learning to navigate the website better, adding favorite foods, earning points, reading and learning a lot of new things and I love to learn so here I go! Scared that I am to old to loose the weight due to metabolism changes, menopause etc. But at least I am going to try, I give myself points for that. I know I will do better with my nutrition because it will be staring me right in the face
