So this past week, I haven't exactly been "bad" with my eating habits, but I haven't been good either. What with Super Bowl, dinners out, birthday goodies. But after two weeks of being very good, in which I lost half a pound, this morning I was down a pound and a half. I'm wondering if maybe I am restricting my calories too much for the amount of exercise that I do. I thinks I will up my intake just slightly this next week and see what happens.
