Good morning spark people! I was thinking I slept a little better last night. Puppies didn't wake us till 5:30am after getting to bed at 11:30pm. Still think we could use some more sleep though!!
Yesterday ended up being a decent exercise day. Got in 20 min of jump rope. On top of that, I somehow miraculously missed rush hour traffic and made it to the 5:30 zumba class for the first time ever. I figured I was already planning on going to the 6:30 so I may as well do both! 2 hours of zumba is great; however, I kind of felt like I was going through the motions. The 2nd hour flew and not because I was just having so much fun, but because I was just spacing out. The 2nd hour was suppose to be a different instructor that really energizes and motivates me, but she had a sub last night. I'm sure I still got in a good workout though. I know some people with the mentality that if you don't give 100% it's not worth it, but I think 75% is still better than 0%!!
Yesterday was a very good day nutritionally and I'm hoping to keep it up! I won't be doing much exercise today apart from my daily challenges. I have a 3 hour skate practice bright and early and need my rest!
