Day 4: workouts

I plan to go for a emoticon hike this morning as soon as it warms up a little bit. The rain has blown threw already. I will do some emoticon yoga tonight before bed. I will workout emoticon tomorrow.

I plan to spend the day doing some or all of the following: emoticon data entry, wallpaper seams (didn't get to it yesterday.), chores (laundry, dishes, trash), and cooking.

Planned eats:
Breakfast: Oatmeal emoticon and a hard boiled egg emoticon
Post workout: green smoothie and turkey vegetable soup emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Dinner: chicken emoticon and lentils
