Last night I should have planned better. I walked for 60 mins and then met my husband and his friends at O'Charley's. I should have eaten at home first but I chose to eat there. Steak and broccoli should be okay, right? Wrong! I ended up 240 calories over for the day and I was hungry again by the time I got home. The lesson I need to keep top of mind is to always have a meal ready to go at home. Going over calories one or two days a month won't hurt my goal but I would rather save that indulgence for my fave Mexican place!
