Not feeling well...

Well, I caught the bug that's going around and had to stay home from work today. Have a doctor appointment soon because I think it's going into my ear.

I'm not happy about this since this week has not been good with exercise at all. I've only made it to the gym once this week because of my schedule change because of having to watch my grandkids in the mornings until my daughter gets home, then not being able to hit the gym because I'm too tired or don't feel like it after work, and now this.
I really hope next week is better, even though I'm still not going to be able to hit the gym in the mornings unless my daughter gets a day off. I'll just have to talk myself into going as much as possible. The reason being is that I'm feeling some weight starting to come back on, which is not good. I can still fit into my work clothes just fine, especially since they are skirts or dresses, but I'm starting to feel it in my jeans. Not good.
To be honest, I haven't been eating as well as I had been. I got bored with eating the same things all of the time and needed to change things up, but I didn't change things the way I should have, so it's back to eating what I had been to lose this weight, or at least to try to stop the gain.
And back to the gym as much as possible next week. Please wish me luck.
