I don't have day 3 & 4 stats cause I never updated my fitness tracker I'll have to get it all later but I thought I'd still blog that I did track my food for wed and stayed in all ranges and this morning I went in to track my food for yesterday and I was so sure as I added 50 different foods to my tracker that I went over I was cursing myself for eating so much and then I got done and looked I was only at 1194 for the day. What the heck I went under my calories! But then I looked at what I was snacking on: string cheese, oranges and applesauce, salad and fish for lunch a smoothie for breakfast wow it really does make a difference what your eating cause I ate from morning to night straight pretty much and still didn't go over, there might be something to this healthy snacking after all ;)
