Ok, I've been fooling around with SparkPeople for quite a while, as my weight and fitness levels fluctiuate up and down. Since now I'm back up in weight and down and fitness, I figure I better change my methods.
I love the information on SparkPeople and, after browsing through many blogs and articles last night, I figure one of the most effective tools might be to jump in completely. Here I go...
- Tracking food, fitness and water
- Writing blogs (eek?!)
- Entering weight routinely
- Gathering spark points
- Trying recipes / printing & using shopping lists
- Reading articles, motivation tips, and blogs
That should keep me busy. I may even look into Spark Coach (what is that?) and joining teams or challenges. There sure is a lot here - wish me luck!
