Thursday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 2 5K to 10K)
I did this when I got home from work before going to my parent's for my Dad's birthday dinner. It was Turbo Fire HIIT 15 and Turbo Fire Tone 30. I could feel the toning workout right after I was finished with it.
I haven't logged my dinner last night but I"m pretty sure that I was over my calories for the day. I chose poorly for lunch and had most of my calories for the day during lunch when I normally only have a couple hundred calories.
I was short on my water for the day.
Day 2 of 4 for the week for workouts!
