Well yesterday was a somewhat good eating day again. I working hard to get back on track and stay there or at least very close to on track. This is the point where I usually start saying I just can't keep on track and give up. Guess what I am not gonna do it this time. One more exercise day to break my sparkstreak on exercise. It will be 5 weeks of 200 minutes or more fitness minutes. The next 10 days will be very stressful as I count down the days until my son leaves for basic training. I am throwing him a birthday/bon voyage party on the 16th since his 19th birthday is the 11th. Then I will be going out to either breakfast or lunch on the day I drop him off to go to MEPS for processing into basic depending on what time he is supposed to be at the recruiters office. After that it will be a new kind of stress, adjusting to life without my son around the house. That will mean new routines and a redistribution of chores. It also means less help with my 2 year old and less breaks for me since he won't be around to watch her while my two teenage daugters are in school.
