Week 4 and 5 - Lost 3.2 lbs

I didn't write a blog entry for week 4, so I'm going to add week 4 and 5 together. Well, I lost 3.2 lbs over the past two weeks, which is terrific considering what I've been eating. Lets just say that with the Superbowl, mixed with my pms'ing, I'm lucky to have lost anything. But although I am happy, I am not very proud of myself. I could have done better. My goal for the next week is to get back on track, and hopefully lose a solid 2 lbs. On the plus side, I am down 12 lbs since I started, and I have no plans on stopping. I recently saw a picture of myself dancing with my fiance' at a party, and I am a whale! Of course that was before I started the diet, so hopefully I look like a skinnier what now, but I have no intention on looking like that on my wedding day! I am going to use that picture as my before and after, because it is definitely a motivator for me!
