When I joined Sparkpeople again I wanted to recreate the momentum I had the first time. I logged all my food and exercise, drank my water and took the steps to loose the weight. I craved the feeling I had then and the progress that I made (I thought it was easy). I joined the Spark Coach pages when I came back and it has focused me in somewhat the same way. It keeps me on track and gives me the all important structure I need to succeed. I get up in the AM and start the day with my Coach and they help me get my head in the right place. I have heard that repetition is the key to motivation and success and learning , so how can I go wrong. I still forget to log my food sometimes but I still know the approximate range I should be eating in and act accordingly. I am getting stronger and fitter each day I stay on the path.
