So not having a scale it's hard to see how much weight I have actually lost. Have been doing great drinking water and only a couple cups of coffee a day. I was so proud of myself the other day while out running errands I didn't run through a fast food place or stop to buy a coke. I always stop to get something to eat or a coke while out but I kept telling myself to just hold on till I got home. Have been finding ways to sneak veggies in the meals without everyone knowing. It is kind of funny to hear the family go on about how yummy something taste without them realizing they have veggies they are eating. The kids are not happy about not having cookies or chips everyday after school for snack but are learning to get used to the fresh fruit. Also while out running errands the other day I stopped and did a little shopping for me (which I hardly ever do) and was so excited to realize the shirts I was buying were a size smaller than I was buying a few months ago!
I love it!
