I'm officially under 210 (by 0.2 lbs, but it still counts). So I'm updating my little picture graph, moving that arrow a little more to the left:
I've also been logging more than 10,000 steps for 11 days straight so far! Next week will mark 1 year of tracking my steps as part of my "Walk to Disney" challenge. I'm about 45 days behind schedule, which means I have to average 9,220 steps a day from now until May to meet my goal. If I keep on this 10K a day streak, I'll be golden. The one thing I've been really bad about is rewarding myself. I set out lots of mini rewards, and I'm tracking when I earn them, but never really cashing in. Part of that is just our financial situation - I feel guilty spending family money on myself, even if I have "earned" it.
