I was so frustrated. My weight was going up and down about 6 lbs. I was still doing all the right things, eating right and exercising. So then I just got so frustrated like it just didn't matter and begain eating whatever and not really exercising. I felt horrible. My body was blah, I was bloatted and just plain felt crappy. And that was just after 4 days. I realized that even if I am not losing weight I need to eat well so that I could feel better and live a longer life. So I went back on my mission to eat better and exercise. However, still not losing weight. But I will keep trying. I went to see a doctor for assistance. She told me it is my age, and that my metabolism is not the same anymore. She said I need to change what I am eating to lose weight. She gave me some articles on the benefits of protein and weight loss. So needless to say, I am going to try and do this her way and see what happens. Wish me luck!!
