My brother has school from 9-12 today. Nutrition class. I figured he might not want to clean the 3" of snow off the car , right after waking up. I was up at 6 a.m., and had already done all the dishes. It is amazing how many dishes we get in a 24 hour period. So I went out and cleaned his car off, so he could wake up at 8 a.m., and head off to school. He has been very sick the past week. Saturday, he vomited so hard at work that he got a major nosebleed. Now it is the other end that is the problem. He is taking anti- diarrheal medicine, but I just think you have to wait it out. Anyways, I have been cleaning the dishes, and picking up after him all week. The only good news is that he is down to 275, and seems to be feeling better. I think it was dressing he got from the pizzeria. He said food poisoning would not make his muscles sore, or make him feel cold. At least I didn't catch it. I feel great this morning!
So after cleaning his car off, I came inside and cooked up lunch and dinner. I reset my goals. If I weigh 211 on Tuesday, and lose 1 lb a week, I will hit 164 on Jan 6th, 2014. I cut a week off, and set it at Dec. 31st, 2013. I can lose an extra lb over the next 46 weeks. My new range as long as I continue to burn 4200 calories is 2,220 - 2,570. So I bumped my food intake up a bit. Closer to 2,500 now. I tend to slip down on caloric intake over time. I feel full at 2,000 a day. My meals are cooked for the entire day now at 8:30 a.m. My plan for today is to go to gym with my friend, and then read till tonight. I will go volunteer for a few hours at the kitchen, and then come home for dinner.
