I love chocolate, carbs, and peanut butter.
I eat them when I am happy, sad, or just wanting to celebrate.
When I eat to celebrate its because something good has happened.
Like a graduation or a family get together.
Sometimes I do eat another helping to keep from hurting feelings.
I can also eat when I am frustrated like when I don't get a job.
Started doing this in school when I was being bullied......
It is not a good thing to keep when I am trying to get healthy.
I am going to make a promise to be honest with myself and others.
From now on I will politely decline second helpings at reunions.
And I will chew gum or drink extra water when a craving hits me.
I will also journal and do yoga instead of the mindless eating I am use to.
I am glad to be doing this challenge with all of you....
I love all my cats, my mom, and other sparks friends on all of my groups!
