weekly weight watchers weigh in last night and scale went in the wrong direction. Let it get to me last night, but given me extra motivation this morning. schedule isn't working out for normal workout this morning, but have a plan to get in at least 10 minutes every hour in the day so should still be a good activity day. Getting ready for 1 1/2 feet of snow today and tonight so will get extra workouts in shoveling snow and playing in the snow as well. Hope everyone stays Safe and becomes kids again to play in the snow.
