What can I change to get better results?

Spark Coach said to be honest with ourselves and put down what we could change to see more results.
For me, measuring for sure. I measure often but can not honestly say that I measure every time. I do eyeball often.
I feel good about the choices I am making in food and my exercise. Will have to really work on the measuring part.
Also water intake. I guestimate how much water I drink. Need to measure this better too!!
