A New Plan

I am walking each day and watching what I eat all day long, but my weight is going up instead of down. I think it's because I'm working too long each day and eating in restaurants each night. Even though I keep reading articles about making healthy choices in restaurants, the truth is this is not working for me. My new plan is to limit my restaurant visits and make myself prepare healthy food at home. Maybe I'll get back on track and save a little money as well...

    Restaurants are not my friend either! I seem to do better when I can measure and determine calories at home. I hope you get the scale going in the right direction!!

    What a good choice you have done.
    For me, what has really worked out is dong my own cooking, measusring all my meals because that is how I can really control carbs, fat and eat the right amount of protein.
