Hi there, how are you doing. The yawning, omg you remind me of me and what I went thru when I was having thyroid problems, I went thru alot of what you are, my thyroid was so off the docto did not know how I was walking still. I also started to have thinning hair and I slept for 8 weeks with only a few hours up a day. I could not do anything. And the yawning was a classic sympton of thyroid disfunction being way out of whack. You cannot help or stop the yawning, but remember get all the rest you need when you are tired with thyroid disease, do not push yourself. When your thyroid levels out, you will sleep less and those unnatural yawns will go away and then you will yawn like normal. With this type of thyroid disfuction, your body is trying so hard to re regulate to a normal running speed. You can't push it, your heart will only go so many beats at a time until your thyroid normalizes and gets everything in your body go the same speed. So if your tired, sleep, rest, it will be less and less after awhile. You ae amzing, I look forward to watching your vlogs. I cannot tell you how inspiring you must be to all of us. Keep up the good work and Happy Healing Kas.

You are so awesome, because you aren't down or defeated and you are taking everything in stride. I am going to keep fingers crossed majorly on the diabetes front, because to go from normal to so extreme, maybe there is a way that it is a fluke, and maybe once you get everything together and get all the medications where they need to be maybe everything will start coming together. I am just so proud of you for continuing to do what you need to do for your health. I had my first ever diabetes testing this last september and I was I right at a number of prediabetic. What I hated was that I hadn't had it done before, so I had nothing to compare it to. On top of that, it was supposed to be fasting test, but I was a little under the time limit but I didn't want to come back, and the last thing I had eaten was a piece of pie. So I like to hope that messed with it a little, or maybe I'm in denial. I am just hoping that when I go back in September this year that I see an improvement. My other numbers are good, but the diabetes one scares me because my dad, uncle and grandma have it and my dad is the healthiest person in our family and has never been overweight. So I have everything kind of working against me. We are going to keep pushing together, and you are doing amazing! Are you remembering to collect your awesome trophys?? I am a freakin spark dork, but I NEED those trophys. You can of course add the 50, 60 etc pounds lost PICTURES to your spark page. But where the spark wheel is, it says spark trophys and you can award yourself those trophys. Okay maybe I should have checked your page first, cuz maybe you already do that. Or maybe you don't give a tiny rats butt about a virtual trophy... I forget not everyones a dork like me.
I'm so glad you are home and I hope you get back to feeling 100% soon, you are amazing!

OK !!! 70 lbs that is a lot of weight off. I am glad you are under the Doctor's care while this is happen. Sorry about the hospital stay. Like I said so glad that the doctors are watching you close.
You will get straighten out sooner or later. Just hang in there. It will all be worth it. You can tell my looking at your face that you are losing a lot. You look better health wise. You don't look so bloated in the face too.
I hold water every easily. So my weight will change on the scales so much. I weigh every day because of that. I take the average of the weight over a 7 days period and then take that as my weight .
I show about a 3 lbs gain right now. So, I reworked some of my goals and stuck to them this week. Today the average showed a 1 lb. lost. Yesterday it showed a 2 lbs lost. (LOL) Just as long as it is NOT going up. I am exercising two exercise classes per day for four days a week right now. I made it this week every day. Yea! I was so, so tired every morning, but pushed it and did it. I even have to get out of the house by 8:30 AM and it has been cold. I will look back on this when I don't want to go out this summer and remind myself that I did it even when it was cold. (LOL)
So good to hear from you. I was getting worried. Hey, you are doing great with all the health issues you are dealing with. Hey, don't start feeling sorry for your self because of all the health issues. There is a lot that can't go to the doctor and can't get help, but they are still trying. I remember a girl that was doing just that not long ago.
Well, got to go. Love Ya!!! Hugs, Judy

Oh My! Glad you are Ok! Pre-diabetes sucks (I am borderline between the two), but we can reverse it if we both work hard :)
