Today I commit to:
1. Staying off the computer while eating.
2. Repeating my mantras & practicing breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.
3. Practicing visualizations [force field, safe place], twice daily.
4. Watching 2 FatLoser.com videos
5. Strength training.

Today I commit to:

3. Practicing visualizations [rainbow, force field, safe place], twice daily.

4. Really savoring any special birthday treat [should I choose to eat anything special].
- So-so. I did eat cake somewhat mindfully. It wasn’t very satisfying, though, and I wanted the sugar and fat. I found myself having to refocus on the here and now instead of thinking about “more more more,” and despite the here and now disappointing, I continued eating.

5. Going to bed by 11.
- Didn’t meditate until 11 – bed at 11:15 again. Asleep within minutes, however.

6. Abstaining from using my heart rate monitor.
