A Fair Week

Hit my 500 exercise minutes, ate fairly health (mostly fish) and my belt is about one notch tighter, so I feel okay about this week. I did allow myself a few desserts throughout the week and over did it on the mixed nuts, but overall, I give myself a solid B.
