181 ;p ( crazy right, was 165, and size 6, now 182, size 12)
all I did was eat 3 meals at the right time
Did 15 mins of P90X Ab Ripper ( just the sit ups)
WHICH by the way, I did so much better than 2 days ago ;p
I am in day 3.
I haven't even started running yet. Maybe next week.
I have interview this morning.
Anyways at least the scale is moving for me ;p
