Fitness Friday

Didn't get to post yesterday....let's just say bad night and very bad day. Sleep is so important for the body and mind, and when one doesn't get enough....

Today I will be doing abs and W2D3 of the C25K. I have my food planned out. I will make time for a mental break as well. Just so glad it is Friday.
