And what if you're Ill?

I was rather upset on Monday as I came back home, I was feeling bad.
It's only seasonal illness - backache, cold, cough , no fever- but what can I do?
No gym allowed . hot tea and aspirins are my only relief.
What else can I do dear friends?

    I don't push myself too much if I'm feeling ill. Haven't exercised this past week except walking, cos I hurt my back.

    You might be able to go for a walk. Wrap up warm and walk for 5 minutes then go home again. You'll have done 10 minutes and given yourself some "brownie points"!
