Promising start to the day :-) walked to my favourite weekend haunt and have already hit 5700 steps so reaching my goal of 10,000 steps is looking like a definite as I'll be walking back too. Was nice to get out in the fresh air and listen to the new tracks I'd downloaded. Best part is it's only 09:00. Here's to losing 2 kg by the end of February.
NB. I clocked 12, 000 steps on my Nike Fuel Band by the end of the day :-D
