Days 2 & 3

So yesterday was day 2 and today was day 3 - Yesterday I did Blogilaltes Eliptical work out which was a 45 minute eliptical work out that had sweat dripping off my nose. I don't know if I've ever sweat that hard during a cardio work out. I did great on my calories and made tacos with ground chicken, whole wheat wraps, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa, hot sauce and fat free sour cream. Today Cassey's calendar had 6 work outs scheduled and I'm proud to say I completed them all although some moves I just hope to master before this challenge is over. Two of them were cardio and the other 4 were abdominals... then for dinner I make roast pork loin with vegetables - a little olive oil, fennel seed, salt, pepper, potatoes, green bell peppers, and red onion.
All and all I think I'm doing much better than I did the first day! =D
