My husband is a deputy sheriff and sometimes he gets really stressed out and just needs to talk. Last night was one of those nights, so I was up till 1:30 am and then up with kids at 6:30 am. I am going to get to bed tonight. I did pretty good on my sugar and only had one sweet snack today. The rest of the snacks were whole grain, protein, and fruits.
