70 Days of ME day 59

Thursday, February 07, 2013

Well, I hate to say this, but I am going to bed without getting in a "workout." Today has been such a long day that I am so tired I can not stay up any later. I'm not saying I didn't do anything today though because the babies were unhappy pretty much all day. So I did a lot of carrying them up and down the stairs for their multiple naps, carrying them around the house because they didn't want to be out down and also a lot of throwing them in the air to try and cheer them up, if even for only a moment. I think they are coming down with something. :( their mom say she gave them some medicine on Tuesday but they didn't take anything yesterday. And today they were just fussy all day long. They are teething as well, Jaxon has tooth #4 coming in and Malia has #6 coming in. No matter what it is that is causing all the fuss, I feel bad for them and I hope they get back to normal soon cause my arms get tired after a while of carrying them both in circles around the house. I don't think it would be as bad if they were a little closer in size, but Jaxon is a little bit of a chunker so it makes me uneven when I'm carrying both babies at BUT, since we are supposedly getting 8" of snow, I currently have tomorrow off so I will be getting in an extra long workout tomorrow morning on top of the fact that I will be babysitting 6 very rambunctious kids tomorrow night! OH YEAH! I also found out today that there is going to be some free ice skating on Saturday. I haven't done that in years! I'm more than a little nervous, but it should be fun, and a good workout! :) I hope everyone stays warm during this snowstorm! And if you live somewhere that isn't getting snow, I'm jealous!
